Unlike concrete or other paving materials, pavers can move slightly and adjust to shifts in the soil, which can spare them from cracking and crumbling like concrete. Pavers need little maintenance to keep them clean and beautiful, and a garden hose is all that is usually needed to remove mildew or debris. If a paver is damaged, it can be easily repaired or replaced without needing to repair the entire paved area.
